“ I'm officially in love with this fish! I don't normally like fish but occasionally force myself to because it's so healthy. I've only lived in Dearborn for a few days and just happened by this place, so i stopped in, thinking i would find something mild to take home and grill. To my surprise they not only sell, fillets, whole fish and shellfish, but also prepared dinners! I was so happy because i didn't want my place to wreak of fish. Speaking of, the place was so clean! It didn't smell fishy at all! When i asked what had the least fishy flavor, the man cooking recommended the Lake Perch for a mild flavor and, to my astonishment, it was AMAZING!! It is by far the best fish I've ever tasted! The only thing I've found that comes close is in Israel on the Mediterranean Sea and i think this may have even been better! Local, clean, well-priced, nice sized portions, and absolutely delicious!! I will actually go treat myself to fish now instead of having to force feed it to myself. All this for 11!! You've got to try it! ”

“ Sicilian Fish Market 41 years open by Phil who passed away last year, now Sonny runs the show just as dad did. It's been a decade since I last stopped in, shame on me. They have hundreds of customers from Weyands Fish that closed a year ago in Wyandotte. Had a fantastic Pickerel Dinner only 13 with Fries, Slaw, Bread and Drink. Outstanding Wowed Fried fresh then I ate ate the counter in front window. Truly a Hidden Gem in East Dearborn a must visit for the Seafood Lovers, get this zero Fish smell in this place. It is a place to buy seafood to take home. HOWEVER....they have a menu that includes a wide variety of fish you can have fried on the spot and take to go. The fries were just yummy, but the fish was so so good. The best fried fish I have ever had. Crispy and flavorful on the outside, creamy and delicious on the inside. This is truly a hidden gem. Don't expect to go and have a nice sit down elegant seafood dinner. Do expect to truly enjoy your fried fishy goodness! This is the definition of a hidden gem.
